The 2025 Annual Meeting is on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing improvements and changes to the neighborhood to ensure they align with the governing documents. Neighbors may request and perform upgrades, as long as they fall within the governing documents and receive ACC approval. Requests denied by the ACC may be appealed to the Board of Directors.
Requests are typically resolved within 30 days from the last date the owner provides information requested by the ACC.

Please note when filling out the form for address, only type your address number. For example if you live on 123 main street, only type 123 into the address input box. The Zip Code is 78660. Click on the find button and then select your property from the list.
The other item of note regarding the PS Management portal for ACC requests is that at the bottom of the form when you "tap here to sign", you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the form to see the signature input box.
