A CHARMING COMMUNITY IN PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS
Nestled just 16 miles north of downtown Austin, TX, the Mountain Creek subdivision began construction in the early 2000s and is centered perfectly between highway I-35 and TX 130, off of Wells Branch Parkway. We’re a cozy community of around 300 homes, but we take pride in our spacious lots, spacious homes, and mature trees that help us cool off in their shade.
Ever noticed our streets lined with flags? Join us in celebrating our country by displaying an American flag in your yard on holidays throughout the year (or more frequent if you'd prefer). There's nothing more beautiful than to see our streets decked out in red, white, and blue!
Named by Livability.com as one of the top 100 places to live in America, Pflugerville, TX was founded in 1860 and is today one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. Click here to see upcoming events in Pflugerville.
Each year we host community events such as the large neighborhood party for National Night Out, Movie In The Park events, and Neighborhood Garage Sales. Plus there are countless trails, parks and local attractions only minutes away. We do not have a community pool or recreation center which keeps our assessments affordable, but it doesn’t mean we don’t have amenities nearby.
