The 2025 Annual Meeting is on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
We love our beautiful trees in Mountain Creek and it's up to each property owner to keep their trees maintained for safety and appearance. The HOA has adopted the same requirements as the City of Pflugle has compiled some answers to frequently asked questions regarding the maintenance of trees. Please feel free to reach out to the Board if you are having difficulty in maintaining the minimum clearance requirements for trees in the right of way.
Pflugerville residents may leave up to six bundles of limbs each up to four feet in length curbside for free pickup on their trash day as part of bulk pickup.
Residents can take up to 2 cubic yards of limbs to the City’s Recycle Center located at 15500 Sun Light Near Way free of charge. (2-4 cubic yards= $20, piles larger than 4 cubic yards = $40)
Waste Connections services unbundled tree limbs up to 4 cubic yards, that weigh less than 40lbs, and are no longer than four feet in length, for a flat fee of $35.00/scheduled pick up.
Residents are required to contact Waste Connections at Waste Connections residential yard waste removal or call Waste Connections directly at (512) 282-3508.

Pflugerville Curbside Chipping Service is now Waste Connections Limb Pickup. In an effort to reduce the tax rate for citizens and provide equity among all property owners for services, the City of Pflugerville transitioned to a user-fee base program so that nonusers are not carrying the cost. Nonusers, such as multi family and commercial properties, were also funding the program in the past, but could not use it and the cost to provide this service in the ETJ was absorbed by property taxpayers in the city limits.
Click here for more information about the change in service.
Yard waste removal from Waste Connections can be scheduled on their website for a fee.
Property owners are required to maintain the right-of-way (ROW) adjacent to their property. If you are not familiar with the ROW, the boundary line between your private property and ROW generally begins at the back side of your water meter.
